The bye week is behind us. That’s when teams rest up and often get players back from injury. For the Raiders the most prominent player who has been injured of late is left guard Kelechi Osemele. He has missed the past two games with a knee injury. And as of the first practice out of the bye, he is still not on the field.
Jon Feliciano replaced Osemele the past two weeks. He too went down with an injury against the Seahawks two Sundays ago with a rib injury and was replaced by reserve tackle Justin Murray. Both offered a considerable drop in production from the former All Pro Osemele.
Feliciano practiced Wednesday, but was limited with that rib injury.
The offensive line as a whole is banged up. Others who were limited Wednesday for the include Kolton Miller, Rodney Hudson, Gabe Jackson, and Denver Kirkland.
Defensive linemen Fadol Brown and Bruce Irvin were also limited along with Seth Roberts who is still in the concussion protocol.
Missing practice for the Colts were several players including former Raiders second round pick Jihad Ward who shockingly has 3.0 sacks in six games with the Colts this season after just one in two seasons in Oakland.
Others missing are WR Ryan Grant, S Malik Hooker, TE Erik Swoope, RB Robert Turbin, and K Adam Vinatieri.
Limited were DE Denico Autry, WR Dontrelle Inman, RB Marlon Mack, and TE Jack Doyle.
