The decision has been made that prime time is not the place for the 2018 Raiders. They were scheduled to face the Steelers in Oakland on Sunday Night Football in Week 14 but have been flexed out of that spot in favor of...Khalil Mack and the Bears versus the Los Angeles Rams.
It’s probably just a coincidence that the Raiders are being bumped for the team they traded their best player to before the season, but it would be quite the troll job by the NFL.
No doubt the Raiders don’t deserve a primetime spot. They have had a couple primetime games already this season and were not a pleasure to watch, including their latest primetime showing; losing 34-2 to the 49ers on Thursday Night Football.
Also being flexed out of Sunday Night Football is the 49ers vs Seahawks in favor of the Raiders division rival Chargers versus the Steelers — who won’t be denied their primetime spot.
