Hard Knocks?

The teams that have the right to refuse to do Hard Knocks are the teams that have already done the show once in the last 10 years, the teams that have a new head coach and the teams that have been to the playoffs in the last two years

2018 Playoff Teams (12):

Patriots

Steelers

Jaguars

Chiefs

Titans

Bills

Eagles

Vikings

Rams

Saints

Panthers

Falcons

New 2019 Playoff Teams (6) (*obviously projected...and not listing ones that were in the 2018 playoffs):

Texans

Chargers

Ravens

Bears

Cowboys

Seahawks

Teams with a new Head Coach (2):

Browns

Packers

Teams that have done it in the last 10 years not listed above:

Bucs (2017)

Bengals (2013)

Dolphins (2012)

Jets (2010)

That only leaves the Raiders, Broncos, Colts, Redskins, Giants, Cardinals, Lions and 49ers

There is a very good chance that at least a couple of these teams will end up firing their head coach. I think a lot of the 1st year guys are very likely to see a 2nd (Jon Gruden, Reich, Patricia) and no way Shanahan is getting canned but could easily see Jay Gruden and Vance Joseph both canned. It's tough to tell with the other 2 (Wilks, Shurmur).

Would the NFL push the Raiders to do it?

Jon Gruden would obviosly make for some good TV but the Raiders are in a state of flux with the upcoming Vegas move, Oakland Lawsuit and new GM. I am not sure the NFL would make the Raiders.

I think the 49ers seem like the most likely candidate of the bunch.
