Raiders-Bengals injury report: Gabe Jackson, Kelechi Osemele miss practice

New, comments
NFL: Oakland Raiders at Buffalo Bills Timothy T. Ludwig-USA TODAY Sports

Rodney Hudson is starting to feel mighty lonely. He’s been watching his fellow interior linemen drop like flies of late. First Kelechi Osemele went down for the second time this week, he was replaced by Jon Feliciano who then also got injured, and Gabe Jackson went down as well.

In the Raiders’ first practice in preparation for the Bengals, Feliciano has been placed on injured reserve, and both Kelechi Osemele and Gabe Jackson did not practice.

That puts the Raiders deep into their interior line rotation and was a major factor in the team bringing back Denver Kirkland and Cameron Hunt. Last week they signed former Cowboys guard Chaz Green as well. It’s possible two of those three could be starting come Sunday should Osemele and Jackson not be able to return to the lineup.

The Bengals were missing some key performers as well with linebacker Vontaze Burfict and defensive end Michael Johnson both not practicing with concussions and cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick sidelined by an ankle injury.
