Greetings, Raider Nation! Since the college football regular season is over, the NFL Network is showing a couple Saturday live games! The first one sees the Jets visit the Houston Texans at 1:30 PM Pacific.
The Jets have had some growing pains behind rookie QB starter Sam Darnold, who has been solid if unspectacular with not much of a supporting cast around him. He doesn’t have a whole lot of weapons at his disposal, but he hasn’t been a complete disaster like many Jets quarterbacks before him. That alone is a win for the Jets.
The Texans, on the other hand, are right back on track with QB De’shaun Watson, and Houston is 9-4 on top of the AFC South. They will have to continue to hold off the Colts for the division title, but the Texans look like a good bet to reach the playoffs this year and possibly do some damage with their explosiveness and strong defense.
Enjoy the game!
