Monday Night Football open thread: Panthers vs. Saints

Greetings, Raider Nation! There’s one more game in Week 15, and it’s an NFC South clash between the NFC-best Saints and the disappointing Panthers, who are holding true to their form of never having two winning-record years in a row.

The home Panthers are 6-7, coming off a loss to the Browns and are seeing their playoff hopes slip away. Cam Newton and Christian McCaffrey have been terrific this year, but other than that not much has gone right for the kitties from Carolina.

Conversely, everything has gone right for the Saints. They are virtually unstoppable at home and have one of the most explosive offenses the league has ever seen. Their defense has also been highly effective, and it could be another Super Bowl berth for New Orleans this year.
