Raiders-Chiefs inactives: Justin Ellis is a go, Eric Berry is not

Jelly is officially back. He came off IR this week and figures to get the start at defensive tackle today against the Chiefs. The Chiefs hoped they might get safety Eric Berry back this week, but he is inactive. Berry hasn’t played in a game since the 2017 season opener.
