2018 NFL Week 16 Saturday early game open thread: Washington vs. Titans

Greetings, Raider Nation! In addition to the four college football bowl games today, there are two NFL games to take in. The first one sees the Washington Indigenous Persons visiting the Tennessee Titans.

The Persons have been absolutely wrecked with injuries this year, most notably to their quarterbacks. Alex Smith was lost earlier in the year to a gnarly broken leg, and Colt McCoy also broke his leg. Mark Sanchez was predictably unimpressive. The Persons are starting Josh Johnson today, best of luck with that. Look for them to ride their running game, featuring the 67 year-old Adrian Peterson.

The Titans are riding high on a three-game winning streak and have only lost one home game this season. They are firing on all cylinders, especially with their running game. This should be an absolute rockfight, but there’s no reason the Titans shouldn’t come out the victor.

This game will be on at 1:30 PM Pacific Time on NFL Network. Enjoy the game!
