Nothing like a player tossed away by a team signing with that team’s rival. The Raiders have done it a few times in recents years with players like former Chiefs Sean Smith and Rodney Hudson. Now the Broncos are looking to snatch away cornerback TJ Carrie who the Raiders decided to let test the market. This according to Jason La Canfora.
Broncos have interest in corner TJ Carrie. Expect them to hone in on him

Carrie is an original Raider. He was the team’s 7th round pick in 2014, becoming an immediate contributor as a rookie and going on to become the team’s every day starting nickel/slot corner. Last season he was their most consistent cornerback, starting 15 games.
He is also a Bay Area native and attended football powerhouse De La Salle High School in Concord.
There are upgrades to be had on the market, but it if the Raiders are unable to sign one, this gambit will backfire on them. Especially if Carrie goes to Denver and helps their secondary. No doubt this gives the Raiders a bit more to think about.
