We all know by now the Raiders are hosting Ndamukong Suh for a visit today. Or if you didn’t, you know now. In the meantime, they’re still looking to add depth at other positions such as linebacker. To that end, coming for a visit today is free agent linebacker Emmanuel Lamur, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
LB Emmanuel Lamur in Oakland today visiting the Raiders, as @caplannfl mentioned. Also slated to meet with the Dolphins, source says. DCs Paul Guenther and Matt Burke know Lamur from their Cincy days.

Lamur also has a visit scheduled with the Dolphins, should he not reach a deal in Oakland.
The 6-4, 232-pound linebacker spent the first three years of his five-year NFL career in Cincinnati under Raiders Defensive Coordinator Paul Guenther. Lamur went from undrafted free agent on the practice squad to getting called up to the active roster as a rookie, to starter.
In Lamur’s second season, he had 13 of his 15 career starts. That season he put up 97 combined tackles (59 solo) from the outside linebacker spot. He would appear in all 16 games the following season, but start just two.
He spent the past two seasons in Minnesota, appearing in all 32 games with no starts. He was mostly a special teams guy.
