There is a lot of curiosity, apparently in just what Johnny Manziel can offer an NFL team. The former 22nd overall pick in the 2014 draft is looking to get back into the league. To do that, he threw at the University of San Diego pro day Thursday. Among the 13 teams with scouts on hand according to the school was the Raiders.
Scouts from 13 NFL teams confirmed by the school were on hand to watch Johnny Manziel throw at the University of San Diego's pro day: Bears, Browns, Chargers, Giants, Chiefs, Jets, Patriots, Raiders, Titans, Lions, Jaguars, Panthers and Bucs. https://t.co/Le43snoSdf

You may recall, in the same 2014 draft, 14 picks later, the Raiders selected Derek Carr.
Let’s not get ahead of ourselves whether this means these teams will all be putting in bids for Manziel. But clearly each of them thought it important enough to do their homework on the former Heisman Trophy winner turned NFL burnout.
