Raiders guard Gabe Jackson fulfills mom’s wishes, finishes his degree from Mississippi State

Not every NFL player feels the need to finish their college education after going on to a successful pro career. Gabe Jackson just got the feeling of accomplishment that comes with completing his degree, graduating from Mississippi State.

“My mom, she always wanted me to go back to finish,” Jackson said. “I wanted her to see me do that.”

It’s probably the best Mother’s Day gift he will ever give an already undoubtedly extremely proud mom.
