After Greg Papa and Tom Flores exits, what is Raider Nation’s tipping point?

With the recent news involving legends and fan favorites Greg Papa and Tom Flores, the Oakland Raiders and even Al Davis are moving closer to a distant memory.

Papa, who was widely known to be very close with Al Davis, was the last strong connection to Davis in the organization especially after Hue Jackson and Amy Trask departed many years ago.

Since Mark Davis took over as the owner, he has promised to move the team out of Oakland to Las Vegas, cut ties with the voice of the Raiders, tarped off Mt. Davis, considered Mike Shanahan a coaching candidate, mended the relationship with Marcus Allen, and announced draft selections from Las Vegas.

Even the NFL has taken advantage of Mark, something Al would have never let happen, by having him give up important home games every season, including the Patriots and Texans recently, to feed the international audience.

Not only is the Oakland brand destined to become history, it seems the Raiders are on the way to becoming a brand that could almost be unrecognizable to the organization that was feared at the beginning of the century.

And that doesn’t even begin to take into account the possible change in home-field advantage at the new Vegas stadium that could be filled with opposing team’s fans.

Aside from changing the team name and the colors, the Raiders are on their way to a complete transformation.

My question to Raider Nation is this: Is there anything that Mark Davis could do that would endanger your loyalty to the Raiders and Raider Nation? What is the tipping point?
