As far as starts go, this was a good one. The Gruden era in Oakland, the one on the field in a regular season game, began with the Raiders on offense. And that Raiders offense went right down the field and scored.
After picking up a first down, Derek Carr threw for Jared Cook on a slant over the middle and Cook does the rest, going 45 yards to put the Raiders in scoring position.
DC mixes things up at the line, then finds @JaredCook89 for the huge gain.

A few plays later, with the Raiders at the 10-yard-line, Marshawn Lynch got the ball and ran up the middle. He went 7 yards before being met by Rams defenders. But he wouldn’t be denied. With some help from his friends on the offensive line, Lynch refused to go down and carried the entire Rams defense into the end zone for the score.

Up 7-0 is a good way to start the season. Let’s see if it sticks.
