Raiders vs Broncos inactives: Kick returners Dwayne Harris, Nick Nelson won’t play

The good news for the Raiders is Gabe Jackson, who was questionable for the game, is active. That was the most important thing for the Raiders. Also questionable was return man Dwayne Harris. He will not go.

What’s a bit strange is even with Harris not playing, Nick Nelson is once again inactive. Nelson is listed as Harris’s primary backup for both kick and punt returns.

Most likely this means Jalen Richard will handle punt return duties. Kick return duties are less certain. We may have to wait until we see it to know who will handle that job.

Also with Harris out, the team activated Brandon LaFell after he was inactive last week. Martavis Bryant is also active in his first game since re-signing with the team this past week.
