Raiders waiver claim and practice squad tracker

With the cuts yesterday comes waiver claims today. That means the Raiders can claim players other teams waived and vice versa. The deadline for waiver claims is 9 am Pacific time while practice squad can begin forming at 10 am.

The Raiders are 10th in the waiver order. Here is that waiver order which is similar to the 2018 draft order:
