Once again the Raiders will be without rookie 2nd round pick PJ Hall. The defensive tackle injured his ankle in the season opener and has yet to return. Replacing him in the lineup will be the combo of fellow rookie Maurice Hurst and veteran Clinton McDonald.
The Dolphins got Pro Bowl safety Reshad Jones back at practice Thursday. He was limited the past two days and is officially questionable for the game.
Starting cornerback Bobby McCain suffered a knee injury that caused him not to finish practice Thursday, but he returned full on Friday and is full go.
Also questionable for the Raiders is rookie cornerback Nick Nelson who suffered a hamstring injury this week. It was good news for his long term prognosis that he practiced Friday. Regardless he isn’t expected to play. He has been inactive the first two weeks though and with return specialist Dwayne Harris back, Nelson is likely inactive again.
