For the second year in a row, the Raiders face the Dolphins in Miami. They pulled out a close win last season — one of only six wins on the season. They met in week nine and the win would send them into the bye week with a respectable 4-5 record and drop the Dolphins to 4-4.

This time the two teams are on opposite ends of the win/loss situation with the Dolphins at 2-0 and the Raiders at 0-2. Though the two match-ups for the Raiders were much tougher than those for the Dolphins.

On the other hand, the Raiders have fizzled out in their first two games and will be playing in 88 degree temperature with 80 percent humidity, making for some tough conditions, especially in black jerseys. And it’s an early game on the East Coast which often puts the West Coast teams at a disadvantage.
