For the third week in a row, the Oakland Raiders hold a halftime lead. They are up 10-7 in Miami. The only touchdown for the Raiders came on a 12-yard pass from Derek Carr to Jordy Nelson, who has dominated Miami’s secondary so far with four catches for a ridiculous 151 yards. Carr is 10/15 for 197 yards passing and doesn’t seem shy about going deep.
The Raiders have had a few injuries in this game, as Donald Penn is being looked at for a concussion and Karl Joseph is out with a lower leg injury. But the defense has played well, holding Miami to only 14 yards rushing and 112 yards passing.
Can the Raiders hold onto their second half lead or will they give it up as they did in the first two games? Let’s watch and find out.
