With the Cowboys’ playoffs ending this past weekend, their first round draft selection – which will go to the Raiders from the Amari Cooper trade – is now set. As are all the Raiders picks in the first three rounds. Also set is how many picks the Raiders currently possess in the draft and the position of each pick in each round.

Based on that, as well as compensatory pick projections from Overthecap.com, we can make a 7-round draft order projection for the Raiders.

Round 1, pick 4

Round 1, pick 24 (from CHI)

Round 1, pick 27 (from DAL)

Round 2, pick 35

Round 3, pick 66

Round 4, pick 107*

Round 5, pick 143*

Round 6, pick 200* (from CHI)

Round 7, pick 222*

Round 7, pick 239* (from SEA)

*Exactly pick number based on projected compensatory picks at the end of rounds 3-6.

Just like last year, the Raiders have a pretty big haul of draft picks. But unlike last year, those picks aren’t just a glut of sixth round picks.

They have 10 picks total currently with at least one pick in each round. The three extra picks are two first round picks from the Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper trades respectively, a sixth round pick which is also as part of the Mack trade, and an extra 7th round pick from the Shalom Luani trade to Seattle.

Ryan Switzer was sent to Pittsburgh along with Raiders original 6th round pick for a 5th round pick (projected 160th pick), and then that pick was sent to Buffalo to acquire QB AJ McCarron.
