Tonight’s Sunday Night Football is a battle of the East, the NFC East to be specific. The Philadelphia Eagles have traveled into Jerryland to take on the Dallas Cowboys. It is an always fun game to watch in a historic rivalry of two teams with no love lost for each other, it is always a bruising physical matchup between these two bitter rivals.

Both teams enter tonight’s game at 3-3 and the winner will have sole possession of 1st place in the NFC East. The Cowboys are expecting to have their leading receiver Amari Cooper back in the fold which should help boon their offense after the shocking loss to the New York Jets last weekend.

In fact, they actually have 4 other key starters battling injuries who are expected to return for this huge game for the Cowboys, they are Randall Cobb (back), Tyron Smith (ankle), La’el Collins (knee), and Byron Jones (hamstring). Talk about the right time to get healthy, the Cowboys are getting their reinforcements right before one of their most important games of the season.

The Eagles on the other hand are looking to rebound after being kicked around by the Minnesota Vikings last week 38-20. They will be looking to forget all about that shellacking by taking it out on the Cowboys in this battle for first place. They will need everything they can get out of their star QB Carson Wentz in this one, along with a lot of their notoriously physical defensive play.
