The injury list for the Raiders is really beginning to mount, today a new casualty was added. After not finishing the week five victory over the Bears it was reported today that Key is dealing with a knee injury.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Key suffered a strained patellar tendon and is expected to miss a couple of weeks.

Jon Gruden mentioned while meeting with members of the media from Raider headquarters on Tuesday that the team had worked out four edge players earlier in the morning, but that “a signing was not imminent.”
With the emergence of Maxx Crosby who played in 56 of 57 possible defensive snaps in week five, along with Benson Mayowa’s strong start, and the return of Clelin Ferrell, the pass rush should be able to hold down the fort until Key can return.
