The Raider Nation has its swagger back this week after the Raiders shocked the world with back-to-back wins away from Oakland, both over winning teams. Two weeks ago, the Raiders were coming off back-to-back bad losses to the Chiefs and Vikings and the fans were understandably feeling pretty poor about the hopes of the team this season.

Not to say fans were giving up. They were just being honest about their feelings. And the result was 75% of Raiders fans in our FanPulse survey had lost their confidence with where the team was headed.

In the two weeks since, the fan confidence has more than tripled. Going from 25% after the Vikings loss to 49% after the Colts win to jumping all the way to 78% following a huge statement win over the Bears in London.

The Raiders now sit at 3-2 with as much confidence as they had ahead of the first preseason game. And at no time are fans more confident than in the offseason.

Helping matters is Sunday night the team the Raiders beat last week took out the undefeated Chiefs. And in case you’re wondering, the Chiefs fan confidence plummeted this week from consistently in the mid to high 90s to a sad 55%. That’s tied for 18th in the league. After one close loss? Wow, that’s fickle.

The Raiders’ 78% confidence rating is 11th highest in the league right now. And Raiders Nation gets to revel in it for a bit too as they head into the bye week
