Wednesday Injury Report: Rodney Hudson misses practice with an ankle injury

NFL: Chicago Bears at Oakland Raiders Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

While Hunter Renfrow was not expected to participate in Wednesday’s practice with a broken rib and punctured lung, Rodney Hudson joined him on the DNP list with an ankle injury.

Hudson was noticeably not himself against the Jets, but apparently played through pain to log 100 percent of the offensive snaps. The Raiders may just be holding him out for precautionary reasons, but if he misses Sunday’s bout with the Chiefs, it would be a big blow to the interior.

After missing the last two games, Lamarcus Joyner practiced in limited fashion. He’s doing his best to get back onto the field while battling a nagging hamstring injury he suffered in the fourth quarter against the Chargers in Week 10.

Josh Jacobs was limited as well, although that has become commonplace on Wednesdays as the season has progressed. He will be needed desperately to help the Raiders control the clock against Kansas City.
