The enjoyment of Sunday’s win has quickly come to an end, as the Raiders are on a short week with the Chargers coming to town on Thursday night.

Jon Gruden met with the media for his normal Monday press conference and gave an injury update on Trent Brown and Daryl Worley, who both had MRI’s and were awaiting the results. Another name he mentioned who came out of Sunday’s game with an injury was Arden Key.

Arden Key, we fear broke his foot,” said Gruden of his second year pass rusher. “I’m worried about that, I don’t want to predict anything, but I do have a lot of concerns that Arden is injured.”

The pass rush has been an issue again this season. And although it is slightly improved, the loss of Key would be a big blow to the defensive line. Key was coming off sacks in consecutive weeks, and was showing more signs of life rushing off the edge.

If Key is indeed out for extended period of time, or maybe even the season, Clelin Ferrell will be relied on heavily to step up his game.
