Bringing you all the best from Week 14.

The Common Sense Corner

I will say this very clearly and loudly. If you think Jameis Winston is the answer, let’s not get reckless now. There is a difference between bringing a quality player for competition and someone that throws interceptions like incompletions.

I think this is honestly something to monitor. Kyler Murray and Baker Mayfield came from this system. Those Murray memes against Alabama were some of the funniest things I’ve seen on the internet. If Hurts falls to the third round, I think there’s a conversation that needs to had in that draft war room.

Click here for the full article from last year where this quote came from. I’m all for continuity, but did I miss the part where undrafted Pro Bowlers grow on trees? Also, when’s the last time the Bengals won a playoff game?

Some of his defenders say he needs another draft of players, and this draft the Raiders will go majority defense, but yet everyone pretty much agrees that one of those 1st round picks has to be a wide receiver. Then we all know the Raiders won’t take a linebacker with that other pick because of Guenther’s philosophy and they just refuse to take a linebacker. With $70 million dollars in cap space, I assume Mayock will get him some pieces. So, what else do people need to see? One more year to be second to last or dead last in all these categories? Three cheers for three years of continuity.

Maurice Hurst

There’s not a whole lot of words needed. It was a great play set up by Dion Jordan. Let’s just revel in the best part of yesterday.

#MyCauseMyCleats

A very powerful story.

I enjoy learning about this rookie class and what shaped them.

Say it again, it’s bigger than football.

ICYMI

This is what social media was made for.

Fantasy Football

I enjoy how much any mention of fantasy football irritates some of you who complain about everything anyways. Just remember, it all came from the Oakland Raiders. Good luck to everyone in their semi-final matchups this week!
