Raiders injury report: Daryl Worley and Trent Brown sit out Wednesday walkthrough

New, comments
NFL: Detroit Lions at Oakland Raiders Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

As the Raiders being a week of practice before their Coliseum finale on Sunday, Trent Brown (pectoral), Marquel Lee (toe), Hunter Renfrow (rib), Kyle Wilber (ankle), and Daryl Worley (neck) all did not participate.

Worley is the most unexpected name on the list, and if he is unable to play, the Raiders secondary would be down to just one opening day starter (Lamarcus Joyner). With D.J. Swearinger cut on Tuesday, Worley will be tasked with taking snaps at the safety position, a spot he’s played during both games against the Chiefs this season.

Brown, Renfrow and Wilber all missed last Sunday’s Titans game, but Lee played and got the start over Nicholas Morrow at linebacker, so his inclusion on this list may just be precautionary.

In other injury news, Josh Jacobs was limited — a good sign compared to this time last week. Rodney Hudson, Gabe Jackson and Lamarcus Joyner all practiced in limited fashion as well, with each tending to injuries they’ve been dealing with for weeks.

With the Raiders only conducting a walkthrough on Wednesday, the injury report is estimated and therefore not exact.
