The final Sunday of the NFL regular season is here, and this year has gone by way too fast.
None of us are quite ready to see the Raiders season end, so we’ll be on the edge of our seats, scoreboard watching the outcomes of a multitude of games.
The Raiders need to obviously win against the Broncos in the late afternoon window to reach the playoffs, but they also need the Titans and Steelers to lose, the Colts to beat the Jaguars, and either the Chargers or Patriots to grab a win.
Unfortunately, of the results that need to go the Raiders’ way for them to make the playoffs, only the Chargers and Patriots games will be on in the early window.
The other three results will have to while the Raiders take on Denver in sub-40 degree weather. Football Outsiders gives the Raiders a 7.6 percent chance to make it, which is a lot better than the zero percent chance they had heading into Week 16.
Here’s your open game thread. Go Raiders!
