Even before Free agent signing official, Trent Brown is recruiting for Le’Veon Bell to join Raiders

In the midst of the frenzy, it can be hard to remember that none of the deals agreed to right now can be made official until Wednesday, March 13. But that isn’t stopping Trent Brown — who just agreed to a record-setting contract with the Raiders yesterday, to start recruiting others to join him. And he’s trying to reel in a big fish — Le’Veon Bell.

Brown is a behemoth of a man, standing at 6-8 and is known as a pretty good run blocker. Bell is going to go where he gets paid what he feels he is worth, but it can’t hurt to give convince him that who is blocking for him matters too.

You also wonder if fellow former disgruntled Steelers teammate Antonio Brown is trying to recruit Bell as well. Though Brown has other things to think about. He’s in Oakland as we speak meeting with coaches and working out with Derek Carr.
