2019 NFL Draft: Round 1 live blog picks 17-32

The Raiders indeed made a surprise pick with the 4th overall selection taking Clemson defensive end Clelin Ferrell. The Raiders addressed a need at pass rusher and now look ahead to the other 2 picks they hold in the later half of the first round.

There were other surprises in the first half of round 1. Duke QB Daniel Jones was the 2nd signal caller taken going to the Giants. Kentucky OLB Josh Allen slipped to 7th overall finally landing with the Jaguars. And The Steelers traded up to 10th overall to take Michigan LB Devin Bush.
