The Raiders have traded the 35th pick, 140th pick and 235th picks to the Jaguars for the 38th and the 109th overall pick from the Jacksonville Jaguars. They are moving back just 3 picks in the 2nd round and moving up from the 140th in the 5th round to 109th in the 4th, plus giving up one of their 2 7th round picks.

Mike Mayock had said earlier that there were several teams inquiring about moving up for their 35th pick, it turned out to be the Jaguars for who got them to pull the trigger. Moving back those 3 spots for an entire round jump forward with their 5th round pick seems liked pretty good value on the deal.
