The Raiders were open for business in round two twice trading back, first with the Jaguars and then with the Bills.
In the trade with the Jaguars the Raiders dealt their 35th, 140th, and 235th picks for the Jaguars 38th and 109th picks.
In the Bills deal the Raiders picked up the 40th and 158th for their 38th overall. It was a masterful job of wheeling and dealing to move up 31 spots into round four while getting back a fifth round pick.
When the Raiders finally decided to make a pick it was cornerback, Trayvon Mullen from Clemson. Mullen is a great combination of size (6 foot 1) and speed (4.4). He was a star in the National Championship game where he earned defensive most valuable player.
The Raiders will not be selecting in round three unless they trade back up but will have two selections in round 4.
