The Raiders decided to double up at defensive end after addressing the position with the first pick in the first round. This time, the first 4th round pick was also a defensive end.

Maxx Crosby broke out on the scene after destroying the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine. Great size standing at 6’5 and 255lbs with and 81 inch wingspan. Crosby ran a 4.66 40 yard dash and a 6.89 3 cone drill tied for best amongst all edge rushers at the event.

Going back to Crosby’s film after the combine you saw a player who was able to use that athleticism to his advantage at Eastern Michigan. Posting 41 tackles for loss and 20 sacks in 37 games played. He is good value at a position of need.
