It figures to be a busy day for the Raiders coaches today. There are set to be at least three players coming through Wednesday. The highest profile is Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams.

The interior disruptor is widely considered the top top interior defensive lineman in this year’s draft and one of the top players at any position. Williams put up an astounding 19.5 tackles for loss and 8.0 sacks from the interior last season for the Crimson tide. There are many mock drafts which have the 6-4, 289 pounder as the Raiders selection at 4 overall.

Also visiting today is Texas linebacker Gary Johnson. The 6-0, 230-pounder put up 90 tackles last season including 16.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks for the Longhorns. He would certainly fill a need in Oakland.

Also in the house today is Sam Houston State defensive end, Derick Roberson according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Roberson was on that same defensive line along with Raiders 2018 2nd round pick PJ Hall. Last season Roberson put up 15.0 sacks and clearly the Raiders would like a closer look.

Who says the Raiders can’t multitask.
