In a highly unusual game to say the least, the Packers lead the Raiders 21-10 at the half. The game is being played on an 80-yard field because of safety concerns, and the whole thing is a debacle only the NFL could put together.
The Raiders got on the board first with a Daniel Carlson field goal, but the Packers responded with one of two touchdowns given up by Nick Nelson, who may have to walk back to Oakland after this one.
Keith Smith scored a short-yardage touchdown, but that’s all the scoring the Raiders have done. The backups have looked like backups and this game has been an absolute slog. Keisean Nixon has been the star of the defense with four pass breakups, and he’s making a real case to make the final roster.
Can the Raiders fight back and keep their unblemished preseason record alive? Let’s find out.
