Starting the season with two-straight homes games is not usual for the Raiders. Usually the NFL likes to send one of those games elsewhere to give them one fewer game on the infield dirt. Not this year. But Sunday figures to the be the last time any teams play on this field while baseball dirt is still on it. After this the Raiders are away from Oakland Until November and are planning to be in Las Vegas by next season.

The Chiefs have made many trips to Oakland to play their long time division rivals. This will be their last, just as it was the last for the Broncos in the season opener. In that one the Raiders gave the Oakland crowd plenty to cheer for (and chant for). But that was against the lowly Broncos. This one is against the high-powered Chiefs led by reigning MVP Patrick Mahomes.
