Despite trade rumors Jalen Ramsey active for Jaguars vs Titans

Today it was reported that at least six teams have shown significant interest in trading for Jalen Ramsey from the Jaguars. The Raiders are among those teams, in case you were wondering. Despite this interest and the seemingly high likelihood Ramsey could be traded, he is active for the Jaguars tonight as they face the Titans on Thursday Night Football.

The major issue here is injury risk. Should Ramsey get hurt in the game, whatever trade market he may have had dries up immediately. And clearly that trade market is strong as it should be for an All Pro player in his fourth NFL season.

He will be the player most talked about and watched throughout the game. How much will he play? Will he compete as he always has for a team he doesn’t want to be on anymore? He and head coach Doug Marrone got into it last week on the sidelines. How will that relationship go tonight? We shall see.
