New, comments
NFL: Indianapolis Colts at Oakland Raiders Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

For the third straight week the Raiders will go in to a game at least a touchdown underdog to their opponent. And the first two times, the team covered and then some. In week two Chiefs were favored by 7.5 and won by 18. Week three the Vikings were favored by 8.5 and and won by 20. This week the Colts are favored by 7 according to OddsShark.

If any team should be reeling this season it is the Colts who had their Pro Bowl QB Andrew Luck announce his retirement just before the season. But their demise has been greatly exaggerated. Jacoby Brissett has stepped up and led his team to a 2-1 record.

The only loss was in overtime to the Chargers in the opener. Since then the Colts have beaten the Titans and the Falcons.

No one should be declaring them top ten teams for those wins, but they have looked competitive over the past two weeks while the Raiders have not.
