The Raiders gain back Maurice Hurst in a corresponding move.

On Monday afternoon, the Raiders announced that they are putting 2020 first-round pick Damon Arnette on the reserve/COVID-19 list. In a corresponding move, the Raiders are taking defensive tackle Maurice Hurst off of the list after placing him there on Oct. 6.

Arnette, the No. 19 overall pick, has had a rough start to his professional career, beginning with an injury to his right hand during training camp. Later on in the season, he got roughed up after landing awkwardly on his side after a tackle attempt in Week 3 against the Patriots.

Through the first six weeks of the season, Arnette has totaled 13 tackles and a lone pass breakup.

At 3-2 and coming off their bye, the Raiders are set to host Tom Brady and the 4-2 Buccaneers at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday night.

We’re wishing for a speedy recovery for the rookie out of Ohio State and hope he’s on the field in no-time flat.
