Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden is confident the team will play a home game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday (kickoff is 1:05 p.m. PT) after dealing with a coronavirus issue all week — yet they will be without starting rookie wide receiver Bryan Edwards for a third straight game. Edwards suffered an ankle injury in Week 3 at New England.

It’s no surprise that Edwards is out. He didn’t practice all week. Perhaps he will have a chance to practice next week before the Raiders play at the Cleveland Browns. Backup cornerback Keisean Nixon is also out. He has a groin injury suffered in the Week 5 win at Kansas City.

Meanwhile, defensive tackle Maliek Collins (shoulder) and defensive end Carl Nassib (big toe) are both questionable to face Tampa Bay.

They were both limited in practice all week. Collins missed the Kansas City game and Nassib was hurt against the Chiefs.
