With pass-rusher Takk McKinley going to the San Francisco 49ers on waivers, as expected, Wednesday, the Las Vegas Raiders are considering signing another veteran at the position. ESPN reported the team is bringing in Vic Beasley for a visit.
The Raiders will be hosting former Falcons and Titans DE/OLB Vic Beasley on a visit. It's his first visit since his release from the Titans and could help Las Vegas' pass rush.

Because of the NFL’s coronavirus protocol, it is not known how long the visit process, will take. It may be stretch for Beasley to be signed and be ready to play Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, even though the Raiders could use help on defense with several players in danger of missing the game as they are on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The Tennessee Titans signed Beasley in free agency, but released him a few weeks ago. He didn’t fit in with the defense and he had no sacks. A former first-round pick by Atlanta, Beasley was the subject of trade rumors between the Falcons and Raiders in the past.
Beasley had 37.5 sacks in five seasons with the Falcons, including having 15.5 sacks in 2016. The Clemson product was the No. 8 pick in the 2015 draft. He is 28 years old. With a need for more pass-rush down the stretch, looking at Beasley is worthwhile for the Raiders.
