By this time next month, the Las Vegas Raiders will probably have a permanent defensive coordinator.

Who exactly that is will be a focus of the team in the meantime. As we all know, there is an opening because the Raiders fired defensive coordinator Paul Guenther on Sunday after another terrible defensive effort, which resulted in a loss to the Colts.

On Monday, we looked at potential replacements for Guenther.

Now, we want to know who you want to get the job.

For the sake of our poll, we are going to go with Atlanta Falcons interim coach Raheem Morris, longtime former defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, former Atlanta head coach Dan Quinn, interim Las Vegas defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli and former Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia.

I expect the two most popular choices will be Morris and Phillips, who is already having fun with Raiders’ fans.

So, take our poll and tell us why you made your choice in the comment section below. Thanks for playing along.
