Raiders podcast: Jon Gruden’s accountability

Our Week 16 post-game podcast has dropped and we break down all the ugliness from the Las Vegas Raiders’ 26-25 home loss to the Miami Dolphins on Saturday night.

A focal point of the show was Raiders’ coach Jon Gruden. He is 18-29 as the team’s coach in his return since 2018 and he had led a late-season collapse two season in a row.

Gruden needs to stop making excuses and he needs to turn this organization around. He isn’t going anywhere, so he might as well figure things out.

We also discussed other aspects of the game, including the underrated toughness of Raiders’ quarterback Derek Carr.
