A quick review of Week 13

Wow, that one really, really went down to the wire.

While we all breath a mass sigh of relief and sing the praises of rookie reciever Henry Ruggs, here’s an instant look at the Las Vegas Raiders 31-28 win at the New York Jets.

Record:
The Raiders are now 7-5.

What it means:
The Raiders’ season is alive somehow. Wow.

Turning point:
The Raiders blew a 11-point lead to see the Jets take a 28-24 lead in the fourth quarter after a Henry Ruggs III fumble. Then a last-gasp Las Vegas series stalled in the red zone ... but then — somehow — Derek Carr hit Ruggs with five seconds to go to win this game.

Injury report:
Rookie cornerback Damon Arnette collided with Jets running back Frank Gore on the second play of the game. Both players left the game with concussion concerns. Arnette left last week’s game with a concussion.

Slot cornerback Lamarcus Joyner left the game in the second quarter with a lower leg injury. Nevin Lawson replaced Arnette and rookie Amik Robertson replaced Joyner, who did return in the same quarter. Safety Jeff Heath was banged up in the fourth quarter,

What’s next:
The Raiders host the Indianapolis Colts and old enemy Philip Rivers in Week 14 in a game with big AFC playoff implications. It’s the first of three straight home games for the Raiders.
