In an attempt to fill holes at their biggest need area, the Raiders have signed former first-round pick Nelson Agholor.

Former Cowboys and Giants RB Rod Smith also is re-signing with the Raiders on a one-year deal, per source.
Agholor has had some success with the Philadelphia Eagles, but he struggled with a knee injury last season and he has issues holding onto the ball.
His best season was in 2017 when he 62 catches for 768 yards. Agholor, who will turn 27 in May, played in 11 games in 2019 and had 39 catches. He was the No. 20 overall pick out of USC in 2015, the same draft the Raiders took receiver Amari Cooper at No. 4.
Agholor could be a starter, but ideally the Raiders will draft a receiver early. Thus, their top four receivers could be a rookie, Tyrell Williams, Hunter Renfrow and Agholor. Like Renfrow, Agholor can play out of the slot.
