Now that the Las Vegas Raiders have the NFL’s attention, when will they get to host a Super Bowl?

Earlier on Tuesday, the Raiders were named the host team for the 2021 Pro Bowl as the NFL announced the game will be played at Allegiant Stadium on Jan. 31.

It’s just the start of the league showing off the new stadium and Las Vegas in general. The city will host the NFL draft in 2022 and the city is expected to vie to get into the Super Bowl rotation.

The next open Super Bowl date will be in 2025. In 2018, the league awarded Super Bowl sites through February 2024. The next four Super Bowl host cities will be in Tampa, Los Angeles, Glendale, Arizona and New Orleans.

I’d think there is a real chance Las Vegas will be rewarded Super Bowl LIX. The league tries to get teams with new stadium a Super Bowl quickly. Perhaps next year’s Pro Bowl will be a test run for the stadium and the city to see if the Raiders are going to get a chance to play a Super Bowl in their home stadium.

Please take our poll if you think the Raiders will host the game in 2025.
