Last week after being inspired by a tweet from the Raiders, we conducted a poll looking for the most under-appreciated player on the 2020 roster.

Predictably, star center Rodney Hudson easily won. It was the wise pick, Hudson is a perennial PFF superstar and he is an upper-level performer every year — all without getting much fanfare.

In the previous post, we promised we’d look at the all-time under-appreciated Raider as well and here we are.

To refresh your memory, here is the Raiders’ tweet:

Our poll is going to consist of long-time Raiders, who all made a huge impact on the time, but who all have not been inducted in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Please take vote below and explain the reason for your choice in the comment section.

UPDATE: Adding linebacker Phil Villapiano. A reader suggested him and he’s too good to not add. Yes, there are a lot of great players not on this list. It’s a testament to this great franchise.
