Our weekly podcast dropped and we had plenty to discuss — the Las Vegas Raiders have a new defensive coordinator, Gus Bradley.
We discussed if Bradley is the answer. Often, fans expect too much from new assistant coaches. I think Bradley is a good hire and I like that he is bringing defensive backs coach Ron Milus and linebackers coach Richard Smith with him, but these guys aren’t miracle workers. They need the players to do their part too and they need more good players, which won’t be easy to do this offseason.
So, yes, I think the Raiders upgraded, but Bradley can’t do it all himself. You can listen here;
