The Las Vegas Raiders will be without two of their cornerbacks Sunday when they host the Chicago Bears at Allegiant Stadium.
Starting cornerback Trayvon Mullen and key backup Damon Arnette missed practice Friday for the third straight day and Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden later ruled them both out of Sunday’s game. Mullen has a foot injury and Arnette is dealing with a groin injury. There is a chance they can both miss multiple games. Third-string tight end Derek Carrier also missed all week of practice with a pec injury and is out Sunday, according to Gruden.
#Raiders HC Jon Gruden says CBs Damon Arnette and Trayvon Mullen and TE Derek Carrier won't play Sunday. He said it's "a touchy situation" regarding how long they will be out. Sounds like IR could be a possibility.

In a surprise, backup running back Peyton Barber was on the practice field Friday. He suffered a toe injury in Monday night’s loss at the Los Angeles Chargers and it was reported by NFL Media that he would likely miss three games. However, the fact that he worked Friday could indicate he may be available Sunday. He is listed as questionable to play Sunday.
Rookie Nate Hobbs and second-year player Amik Robertson will be counted on even more with Mullen and Arnette out.
For Chicago, former Raiders’ star pass-rusher Khalil Mack is questionable, but he is expected to play. The Bears will likely, though, be without standout defensive lineman Akiem Hicks, which is a big deal.
The Bears have ruled Jesse James, J.P. Holtz, Joel Iyiegbuniwe and David Montgomery out for Sunday’s game against the Raiders.

Akiem Hicks was limited in practice and is doubtful. Gipson, Horsted, Jones and Khalil Mack (limited in practice today) are questionable.
