Raiders Week 10 opponent: Meet the Chiefs

Week 9 is barely in the books and its time to start thinking about Week 10, which is a big one in these parts.

The Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs finally meet each other in 2021 and it’s under the bright lights of Sunday Night Football. The Raiders host the Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday with a 5:20 p.m. PT kickoff.

It’s not a surprise this a prime-time matchup. These two teams played two barnburners in 2020. The Raiders won 40-32 at Arrowhead Stadium, ending an eight-year losing streak there and then the Chiefs won in Las Vegas, in a 35-31 Sunday night game last November.

This will be the Raiders’ most dangerous opponent in several games. But, of course, the Chiefs have struggled this season with bad defense and untimely turnovers on offense.

Kansas City is 5-4 after its 13-7 win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. If the Raiders, 5-3, can win this game, it will go a long way to getting them into the postseason.
